Set up AI-powered HR infrastructure from scratch — compensation, payroll, recruiting pipelines, performance management, internal communications. Today, much of this can be orchestrated and automated. I've done it.
Build AI-powered knowledge systems that run the processes that used to need headcount — customer support flows, internal knowledge bases, handover documentation, recurring workflows.
Build and scale the teams you actually need — not the ones that made sense in a hyperscaling world. Smaller, better, with the right infrastructure around them.
Facilitate critical leadership moments: all-hands meetings, annual planning sessions, talent conversations, cross-functional workshops.

I've spent the last 10 years working in Berlin's startup ecosystem, most recently as part of the leadership team at Aware and EyeEm, and earlier at eBay where I gained multi-country operational experience at scale.
I'm a native English speaker and fluent in German — a combination that's always useful in Berlin, where leadership teams are often international but employees and stakeholders speak German.
